Visual Support Tools aims to make its information clear and usable for people with different access needs. This page describes the features provided and known limitations; it is not a claim of independent accessibility certification.
Using the website
- Use the “Skip to content” or “Skip to main content” link to move past the navigation.
- Navigate links, buttons, search fields, filters, and expandable sections with a keyboard.
- Enlarge text or zoom your browser. Page layouts adapt to smaller screens.
- Use your device’s reduced-motion setting to limit decorative transitions.
- Read the glossary and resource directory without signing in or purchasing anything.
Printable samples
The original sample PDFs include pages that may not have accessible text or complete document tagging. Readable text companions describe the prompts and fields for all twelve sample pages. These summaries do not turn the PDFs into fully accessible electronic forms.
External services
Retailer checkouts, payment services, and linked resource websites have their own interfaces and accessibility features. If an external site is difficult to use, contact that provider or ask Ashlee for the relevant book information by email.
Report a barrier
If you have trouble reading content, using a control, or accessing a sample, email [email protected]. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology involved if you are comfortable sharing it. Please do not include private medical or school records.
